The Role</b><br>
Trillium is seeking a motivated, energetic, and technology-focused IT Support Intern to join our Systems and Support team. This role is designed for an aspiring IT professional eager to gain hands-on experience managing enterprise systems and supporting users in a fast-paced environment. This internship offers significant exposure to real-world infrastructure operations and has strong potential to evolve into a full-time position for a candidate who demonstrates technical growth and cultural fit.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>
Deployment</b>: Assist with moving, setting up, and deploying workstations, monitors, and peripherals.</li><li><b>
Endpoint Management</b>: Build, image, and configure Windows workstations using modern deployment tools.</li><li><b>
User Support</b>: Provide day-to-day technical troubleshooting (Level 1) for local and remote staff.</li><li><b>
Lifecycle Management</b>: Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware prep and account provisioning.</li><li><b>
System Administration</b>: Assist with tasks in Active Directory (User groups/permissions) and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).</li><li><b>
Documentation</b>: Maintain accurate, clear documentation of IT procedures and hardware inventory.</li><li><b>
Facility Support</b>: Troubleshoot office equipment, including printers and A/V conferencing tools.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>
Strong interest in Information Technology and Systems Administration.</li><li>
A &quot;no task too small&quot; attitude with a high degree of initiative.</li><li>
Basic understanding of computer hardware, PC components, and Windows OS.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and a professional, user-first attitude.</li><li>
Ability to lift and move workstations and IT equipment (up to 40 lbs) as needed.</li><li>
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):</li><li><ul><li>
Foundational exposure to Active Directory, Entra ID, or Microsoft 365.</li><li>
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira or any ticketing system</li><li>
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a related IT or Computer Science program.</li></ul></li></ul><br>
