Job Overview
Our Servers provide prompt and courteous food service to our guests.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Greets and takes food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
</li><li>Creates milkshakes.
</li><li>Running food and bussing tables.
</li><li>Remains attentive to the customers throughout the entire dining experience, adhering to or exceeding service standards as established by the restaurant at all times.

As a Server, you will provide friendly, professional, and efficient table service in our dining room and during catered events. POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the RN Unit Supervisor is to provide support to the Director of Quality Assurance by organizing and implementing nursing care strategies for the delivery of efficient and effective care. RN Unit Supervisor ensures the care provided is consistent with local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. This position is responsible for ensuring that high quality care is delivered to all residents/patients of the facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Provide support in the development, implementation, and goals of the assigned unit(s).</li>
<li>Participate in unit specific Quality Assurance and Improvement Activities.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for improvement. Initiate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) as directed.</li>
<li>Oversee the provision of appropriate medications, treatments and general nursing services according to the resident's/patient's care plan and physician-directed orders.</li>
<li>Adhere to local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.</li>
<li>Help prepare the unit(s) for the annual California Department of Public Health (CDPH) survey, resulting in no preventable significant citations from CDPH. When needed, help create Plan of Correction (POCs), Informal Dispute Resolutions (IDRs), etc.</li>
<li>Provide coverage as needed related to staffing needs.</li>
<li>Support Director of LTC in monitoring staff performance.</li>
<li>Support Director of LTC in hiring staff, in the orientation of new employees, and ongoing education of assigned staff.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring adequate staffing levels to allow admission without interruption, as well as the prevention of the facility from falling below required staffing ratios.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring staff breaks, missed punches, overtime, and schedule each shift.</li>
<li>Develop a strong and cohesive Nursing Team that practices strong inter-departmental collaboration, as well as act as role model and lead by example.</li>
<li>Serve on various committees including, but not limited to: Psychotropics, Falls, Safety, Skin, Weight, QAPI, RTA/Transfers, Infection Control, etc.</li>
<li>Conduct clinical investigations and timely reporting of all unusual occurrences and adverse events to the Director of LTC/Post-Acute Care and CNO.</li>
<li>Outreach in relations to families regarding care concerns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other members of leadership to maintain a culture/environment that practices quality customer service, and service recovery when needed.</li>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Current California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and BSN required</li>

Essential Duties: 
Under the general supervision of the Patient Care Department Manager, the Hospital Liaison - Care Coordinator plays a key role in cultivating strong relationships within multiple medical facilities. This individual is responsible for providing prompt service, educating patients and families on equipment use, coordinating medical documentation, and actively promoting and marketing SuperCare Health's full range of Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Respiratory therapies, In addition to patient care coordination, this role includes sales-related responsibilities such as identifying referral opportunities, strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, and increasing SuperCare Health's presence within assigned hospitals.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between SuperCare Health and hospital personnel, ensuring seamless coordination of DME and respiratory equipment deliveries to hospital rooms and patient homes.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities and drive referrals.</li><li>
Promote and educate hospital staff on SuperCare Health's DME, respiratory therapies, and infusion services to increase awareness and referrals.</li><li>
Conduct regular facility visits to ensure visibility and accessibility for healthcare professionals and patients.</li><li>
Provide timely consultation to patients and their families regarding equipment delivery, potential co-pays, and usage instructions.</li><li>
Request and ensure the accuracy of all necessary medical documentation for equipment orders.</li><li>
Monitor and track referrals, ensuring SuperCare Health is the preferred vendor for partnered healthcare systems.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to expand service utilization and sales within assigned hospital accounts.</li><li>
Conduct or participate in presentations, in-services, and educational seminars for hospital staff and case managers to reinforce SuperCare Health's value proposition.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of interactions with hospital personnel, patient referrals, and sales activities, submitting required reports in a timely manner.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with insurance pre-authorization requirements and coordinate with Managed Care and Primary Medical groups as needed.</li><li>
Maintain adequate inventory levels in assigned hospital storage areas to ensure prompt equipment availability as well as reconcile movement of equipment.</li><li>
Collaborate with Customer Care Specialists and Dispatch teams to optimize equipment delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Represent SuperCare Health professionally at all times and adhere to all HIPAA, company, and industry-related regulations.</li><li>
Attend all department meetings and training sessions as scheduled.</li><li>
Perform all other duties as assigned by department leadership.</li></ul>
Physical Demands:
<ul><li>Must be able to walk long distances across large healthcare facilities.</li><li>
Must be able to lift and carry equipment and miscellaneous items up to 75 lbs. on a daily basis.</li></ul>

Work Experience Requirements:
