The Private Brands Onboarding Analyst is part of the Global Product Onboarding team in the Global Sourcing Organization. The team&rsquo;s internal customers are the Product Development Merchant Team (PDM, APDM, and Category Manager). Analyst, Product Onboarding (PLM)

<div>Position Purpose:
The Analyst, Online Merchandising Solutions will drive the process improvement and supplier engagement associated with the rapid assortment expansion of hd.com and subsequent required item troubleshooting. The analyst will be responsible for keeping team projects on-task and within expectations of project timelines, working with Online Merchandising Solutions Manager(s) &amp; leadership to prioritize projects and own deliverables of the team.
The role will require the development of the day-to-day relationships with internal and external partners (i.e., Direct Fulfillment Merchants, HD.com business partners, suppliers, etc. to support data initiatives online). There will be work to monitor transformation of data and work with appropriate technology teams to resolve issues relating to incorrect mapping, business rules, and data deviations.

The Inventory Analyst works within Supply Chain/Merchandising, and is responsible for partnering with merchants to develop and implement inventory strategies that maximize sales and inventory productivity for a merchandising category.  POSITION SUMMARY
 
 
 
 The GSE Finance Analyst supports the financial operations of Unifi&rsquo;s in-house Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance function and company-wide capital expenditures. This role is responsible for executing core finance processes related to cost tracking, billing support, accounting close activities, budgeting and forecasting support, reporting, and CAPEX tracking across multiple stations and contract codes.
 
 
 
 
 
 The analyst partners closely with Operations, GSE Maintenance, AP, Procurement, and Finance leadership to ensure costs are accurately captured, matched with revenue, and reported in the correct accounting period. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment while helping build scalable finance processes for Unifi Maintenance Services.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
 
 
 <ul>

 Support cost tracking and financial accuracy across parts, labor and third-party spend by maintaining trackers, validating coding, and ensuring alignment with contract structures

 Execute billing support activities including sales order creation, invoice generation, billed vs. unbilled tracking, and preparation of documentation for customer inquiries or disputes
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with monthly accounting close activities including but not limited to expense cutoff review and accrual tracking, bill allocations and reclassifications, and reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain GSE and non-GSE CAPEX tracking, support asset setup and transfers, and prepare financial analyses related to equipment requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce recurring profitability, forecasting, and trend analyses to support operational and financial decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor invoice routing and approval workflows and coordinate with AP and cross-functional teams to resolve exceptions
 </li>

 Support onboarding of new maintenance contracts by establishing financial trackers, reporting structures, and billing setup
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to development and maintenance of financial processes, documentation, and system initiatives to support scalable operations

 Gather, synthesize, and maintain financial data across multiple stakeholders and systems to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy

 QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, &amp; ABILITIES

 Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas

This role leverages advanced analytics, labor management system (LMS) expertise, and PEOPLE-driven performance insights to understand, predict, improve, and control operational outcomes. The Senior Analyst is responsible for data stewardship, performance measurement, root-cause analysis, and developing actionable recommendations that drive labor efficiency, productivity, service, and cost optimization in alignment with enterprise sustainment goals. Operates with minimal supervision, the Senior Analyst independently prioritizes and executes work across multiple initiatives, applying sound judgment within established business standards and PEOPLE/labor frameworks.
