In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our warehouse and logistics. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and seamless coordination with carriers and 3PL partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supply chain excellence, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact!Duties<ul><li>Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient, high-quality support.</li><li>Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve workflows.</li><li>Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse employees to ensure safety, productivity, and accuracy.</li><li>Report operational performance, issues, and improvement plans to senior management.</li><li>Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, seasonal spot checks, and full physical audits.</li><li>Review and document quality issues (damaged, incorrect, or substandard items) and communicate findings to management and vendors.</li><li>Manage and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving delays or issues.</li><li>Oversee shipment preparation for small parcel (e.g., FedEx) and freight (LTL/FTL) shipments.</li><li>Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to optimize logistics operations.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate management and updates in warehouse management systems (e.g., OWMS).</li><li>Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment issues using warehouse systems (e.g., Awesung).</li><li>Manage SKU setup, updates, and data accuracy within ERP systems (e.g., Eccang).</li><li>Oversee manual and dealer order processing across multiple platforms (e.g., Oracle, Mirakl, BBB).</li><li>Ensure seamless integration between ERP, WMS, and sales platforms.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for carriers to resolve shipping issues and delays.</li><li>Conduct basic maintenance and coordinate with external vendors for equipment repair and servicing.</li><li>Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, and logistics performance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations experience.</li><li>2&ndash;3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, and establishing SOPs in a warehouse environment is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Eccang, SKU mapping, or similar platforms preferred) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., OWMS and Awesung).</li><li>Familiarity with order management platforms (e.g., Oracle, Mirakl, BBB) and shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx and LTL/FTL).</li><li>Proven ability to lead, train, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.</li><li>Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory accuracy practices and logistic operations (e.g., inbound and outbound shipments).</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse management and safety standards.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges quickly and effectively.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li></ul>Join us as a Warehouse Manager and become a key driver of our warehouse team's success!
