The Analyst, Online Merchandising Solutions will drive the process improvement and supplier engagement associated with the rapid assortment expansion of hd.com and subsequent required item troubleshooting. The analyst will be responsible for keeping team projects on-task and within expectations of project timelines, working with Online Merchandising Solutions Manager(s) &amp; leadership to prioritize projects and own deliverables of the team.
The role will require the development of the day-to-day relationships with internal and external partners (i.e., Direct Fulfillment Merchants, HD.com business partners, suppliers, etc. to support data initiatives online). There will be work to monitor transformation of data and work with appropriate technology teams to resolve issues relating to incorrect mapping, business rules, and data deviations.
This role is the primary point of contact responsible for a simple and seamless supplier experience in working with Home Depot.com, respective to all aspects of the supplier onboarding. This role manages supplier onboarding execution, troubleshooting/error resolution and analysis on new supplier opportunities. This role will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to all Home Depot Suppliers as well as internal partners and will be held accountable to exceptional customer service ratings.

Reporting to the Manager, Space Planning, the Analyst works closely with the Sr. Analyst to design, build and maintain merchandise planograms. The Analyst is responsible for ensuring that planograms accurately reflect assortment decisions and are consistent with category strategy, visual merchandising standards and planogram optimization targets.  Position Purpose
 
 
 
 A Logistics Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in sustaining and advancing supply chain and labor management capabilities across Direct Fulfillment and distribution operations. This role leverages advanced analytics, labor management system (LMS) expertise, and PEOPLE-driven performance insights to understand, predict, improve, and control operational outcomes. The Senior Analyst is responsible for data stewardship, performance measurement, root-cause analysis, and developing actionable recommendations that drive labor efficiency, productivity, service, and cost optimization in alignment with enterprise sustainment goals. Operates with minimal supervision, the Senior Analyst independently prioritizes and executes work across multiple initiatives, applying sound judgment within established business standards and PEOPLE/labor frameworks. This role supports and leads large-scale sustainment efforts across supply chain processes, ensures performance against business cases, and partners cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues. The Senior Analyst regularly communicates insights and recommendations to leadership and serves as a mentor to Analysts, strengthening analytical capability, operational discipline, and sustainment excellence across the network. Is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, comfortable leading multiple workstreams, and skilled in stakeholder communication and influence.  Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies, including root-cause analysis, waste reduction, and sustaining standard work through scalable solutions.

 <li>
 Advanced analytical and technical proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Word, Visio) along with tools such as Minitab, SQL, and VBA/Visual Basic, including Visio process mapping for documentation and sustainment.

 Proven project management and cross-functional partnership experience (Operations, IT, Engineering, vendors), with exposure to Finance/CBA or capital budgeting and the ability to clearly communicate performance insights to leadership.
