As part of the Center for Data Analytics, Innovation, and Rigor team, you will report to Technical Project Manager. You will will design and conduct advanced data analyses and develop machine learning models for use in mental health research. You will perform analyses on large datasets, collected using a range of multi-modal methods, including cognitive assessments (both paper-and-pencil and digitized formats), surveys, and other multimodal biometric modalities. 5+ years&rsquo; experience in </b>Consulting, Program Management, Business Operations or Strategy experience.</p></li><li><p><b>
3+ years&rsquo; experience</b> in analytics consulting or management consulting, delivering project‑based outputs, including executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.</p></li><li><p>
3+ years&rsquo; experience with <b>data visualization and manipulation in Excel</b>, plus exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).</p></li><li><p><b>
2+ years&rsquo; experience </b>working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams, with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders to deliver healthcare analytics and insights.</p></li><li><p><b>
2+ years&rsquo; experience in program management</b> for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, including internal coordination and problem-solving across enterprise teams.</p></li><li><p>

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
