<li>Coordinate tasks related to the administration of the financial accounting system</li>
<li>Process transactions related to the accounting systems and controls</li>
<li>Maintain general ledger; prepare monthly journal entries and compile all source documentation related to financial reporting</li>
<li>Be familiar with, and ensure compliance with, internal financial accounting procedures and policies</li>
<li>Ensure all financial and accounting records are thoroughly maintained and complete in preparation for independent audits</li>
<li>Balance Sheet reconciliations</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects upon request</li>
</ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance required with a minimum of (2) years&rsquo; experience in accounting, financial and/or analytical experience</li>
<li>Must be IT literate with experience of financial reporting or accounting packages and databases</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and focus</li>
<li>Knowledge of General Ledger accounting and technical accounting skills</li>
<li>Exposure to a monthly close process, budgeting &amp; forecasting requirements of a publicly traded company</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills; Financial systems experience including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion-Essbase, SalesForce)</li>
<li>Ability to identify financial issues and recommend mitigating actions</li>
<li>Strong project management skills and the ability to translate business issues into financial requirements</li>
<li>Experience with complex financial modeling</li>
<li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business situations</li>
<li>Experience partnering with commercial &amp; operational business leaders</li>
<li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, and Sales</li>

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $40,900.00 - $102,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
