<div>This position will have managerial responsibility of the divisional P&amp;L. We are looking for someone with a keen eye of driving growth through creating and championing the divisional strategy. The position will be responsible for building and optimizing the sales team to improve sales productivity and drive growth along with sustaining a high level of operational execution and growing the service business.
This position requires regular travel between the Tampa and Fort Lauderdale offices to ensure strong leadership presence, support regional teams, and drive alignment across sales and operations.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Albireo Senior Leadership team, the Area General Manager&rsquo;s responsibilities will include:<ul><li>

Attend and participate in key sales presentations as the leader of the division.</li><li>

<div>Under minimal supervision, conducts preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing of systems. Active daily encouragement of current team members and recruiting great new people.

QUALIFICATIONS
General job duties for all store team members<ul><li>Knowledge of all operational task and ability to train those tasks.</li><li>Operate all equipment.</li><li>Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.</li><li>Prepare product correctly at an advanced pace.</li><li>Receive and process telephone orders.</li><li>Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.</li><li>Clean store and equipment daily.</li><li>Communication Skills</li><li>Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.</li><li>Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.</li></ul>
Essential Functions/Skills<ul><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).</li><li>Must be able to make correct monetary change.</li><li>Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.</li><li>Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.</li><li>Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.</li></ul>
