What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner</li><li>
Assist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspections</li><li>
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues</li><li>
Help maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas</li><li>
Work with vendors and maintenance team to complete larger projects</li><li>
Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and company standards</li><li>
Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory</li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Need to Succeed
Required:<ul><li>
Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)</li><li>

Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and participate in on-call rotation as needed</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li></ul>
