NBC News NOW is launching a new live two-hour show airing 10a&ndash;noon, and we&rsquo;re building a dynamic, collaborative team to bring it to life.
We&rsquo;re looking for an Associate Producer who can write clean, compelling copy, edit strong video elements, and help build smart, visually sharp segments under tight deadlines. JOB DESCRIPTION</h2>
Fox &amp; Friends is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, and creative Producer to join the #1 National Cable Morning Show, Fox &amp; Friends. As a Producer, you will be responsible for pitching stories, writing scripts, and selecting/building elements in a collaborative team environment. You&rsquo;re well-versed in politics, culture, and current events &mdash; and innately curious about everything else. We are looking for someone who has excellent editorial judgment and can meet multiple daily deadlines.

5+ years of newsroom experience and producing a television newscast</li><li>

</h3><ul><li>4+ years of experience in digital video production, creative development, or live streaming.</li>
<li>Proven ability to produce and direct live and multi-camera digital productions.</li>

<li>Proficiency in communication, public speaking and presentation design with experience creating visually compelling decks.</li>
<li>Familiarity with streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and IG Live) and associated community and content dynamics.</li>
<li>Comfort with or openness to using AI and emerging technologies as visualization tools to create development imagery and pre-visualizations.</li>

</h3><ul><li>COMPLEX LIVE:</li>
<li>Produce live programming across the Complex LIVE ecosystem, spanning studio shows, IRL streams, as well as branded activations and tentpole events.</li>
<li>Coordinate between production, studio, and social teams to ensure seamless broadcast execution and social syndication and redistribution.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external talent&mdash;Complex hosts, popular celebrities, influencers, and cultural figures&mdash;to produce engaging live moments.</li>
<li>Partner with social, editorial, and platform teams to plan pre-promotion, live engagement, and post-stream cutdowns across social platforms and Complex O&amp;O.</li>
<li>Ensure a high level of creative and production consistency across Complex&rsquo;s live programming slate.</li>
<li>CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT:</li>
<li>Support the ideation, documentation, and packaging of new video formats and franchises.</li>
<li>Lead and participate in brainstorms and creative development sessions, contributing fresh, trend-informed ideas and providing detailed documentation to track progress and push forward.</li>
<li>Research and identify new talent, emerging creators, and content trends relevant to Complex&rsquo;s audience.</li>
<li>Create development decks, treatments, and visual materials to communicate and sell new concepts internally and externally.</li>
<li>Assist in managing the Greenlight submission process and help shepherd approved projects into pilot production.</li>
