Program Support &amp; Planning (20%)</h3><ul><li>
Support information governance, privacy, and DLP initiatives by assisting with program planning, backlog intake, and coordination of operational work.</li><li>
Contribute to research and information gathering related to tools, features, and process improvements, and summarize findings for program leads.</li><li>
Help define and document success measures, operational metrics, and tracking mechanisms that support program goals related to risk reduction, compliance, and user adoption.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Operational Reporting &amp; Improvement (10%)</h3><ul><li>
Assist with collecting, maintaining, and validating operational data used or reporting, monitoring, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Support compliance, audit, and readiness activities by maintaining documentation, inventories, and required records.</li><li>
Identify recurring issues, risks, and opportunities based on operational experience and user feedback, and coordinate follow‑up with program leads and stakeholders.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

What You'll Bring</h2><ul><li>
5+ years of experience in operations, IT support, customer or user support, or records and information management roles, preferably in a nonprofit or in legal, compliance, or another regulated environment.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com).</li><li>
Working knowledge of records and information governance concepts and the ability to understand, apply, and explain related policies and standards in practical terms.</li><li>
Ability to identify recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities and escalate or coordinate follow-up as needed.</li><li>
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear user guidance, training, and updates.</li><li>
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills; able to respond to questions professionally and efficiently.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, including coordinating across teams, following through on requests, managing multiple priorities, and communicating status.</li><li>
Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and appropriate judgment.</li><li>
Operate with initiative and sound judgment. Work independently, manage competing priorities, and apply analytical, resourceful problem-solving to ambiguous challenges.</li><li>

Salaries at Earthjustice are determined by working location and are commensurate with the experience required.
The annual salary range for this role in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY is $113,000 - $125,500. 
The annual salary range for this role in Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, or Washington, D.C. is $107,400 - $119,300. 
The annual salary range for this role in Denver, CO is $101,700 - $113,000.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
