The College Counseling Office liaises with all constituents in the school as well as many professionals outside of the school, and the Administrative Assistant not only supports the office in all aspects of the work but also may be the school’s first point of contact with students, families, and other academic institutions.

About This Role:

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a National Training Manager to lead and conduct training programs for our Specialty Account Managers. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively communicate our product offerings to healthcare professionals.

<li>User Support: Provide timely and effective 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users (both in-office and remote) across New York and London. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment, ensuring issues are fully resolved.</li>
<li>User Onboarding: Support onboarding processes, including device setup, account provisioning, and access configuration. Deliver clear and structured technology introductions to new joiners</li>
<li>Microsoft 365 Support: Assist in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, Intune), including user lifecycle management and permissions.</li>
<li>Infrastructure Support: Assist in maintaining core IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure (IaaS) environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.</li>
<li>Security &amp; Compliance: Support the implementation of security controls, including patch management, endpoint protection, and access controls, in line with company policies and data protection requirements.</li>
<li>Application Support: Support and troubleshoot business applications, including Microsoft Office and internal CRM/ATS platforms.</li>
<li>Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Ensure devices are correctly configured and tracked.</li>
<li>Documentation: Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for systems, processes, and user guides. Documentation should be maintained proactively.</li>
<li>Project Support: Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them to completion.</li></ul> 


Required Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>0-2 years&rsquo; experience in IT support or a related field</li>
<li>Solid working knowledge of Windows 11 (macOS exposure is a plus)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 fundamentals</li>
<li>Exposure to Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions</li>
<li>Exposure to Active Directory or similar identity systems</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Good problem-solving ability with a structured approach</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through</li>
<li>Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment</li>
<li>Professional, reliable, and responsive</li>
<li>Knowledge of cloud infrastructure / IaaS concepts (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)</li>
<li>Demonstrated willingness to learn beyond core responsibilities</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications:

<li>CompTIA A+, Network+, or Azure Fundamentals certifications</li>
<li>Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls)</li>
<li>Experience supporting macOS environments</li>
<li>Basic scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python)</li>
<li>Exposure to CRM/ATS systems (Ezekia, Invenias, or similar)</li>
<li>Interest in automation tools</li>
<li>Degree or bootcamp in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li></ul>
