</div><div>A day in the life:</div><div>
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.</div>
What you&rsquo;ll do as an Exceptional Team Member: 
<div></div><ul><li>
Build and maintain relationships with key business leaders internally and externally for networking and referrals</li><li>
Drive full life-cycle recruitment process for all Corporate level open positions through iCIMS Talent Platform</li><li>
Handle the candidate and client feedback process</li><li>
Facilitate the offer process gaining all necessary approvals</li><li>
Participate in recruiting events</li><li>
Provide weekly status report to upper management regarding filled, pending, in-process, and posted requisitions</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment law and regulations</li><li>
Other Human Resources related duties
</li><li>Respond to and post job requisitions requests within a 24 hour time frame</li><li>
Partner with corporate and regional Human Resources representatives to fulfill recruitment objectives</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member:
<ul><li>(3) years&rsquo; of recent experience with high volume, fast-paced recruitment for large private company handling multiple locations</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field</li><li>
Must have iCIMS Talent Platform experience</li><li>
Reputable ability to navigate through and stay abreast of all top job boards and social media</li><li>
Competency to multitask, and meet assisted goals within set timeframe</li><li>
Creativity, driven, and a self-starter</li><li>
Talent to work efficiently with minimal supervision
</li><li>Developed professional level communication skills</li><li>
Progressive proficiency in MS Office Suite
