 Endoscopy Associate Sales Representative (ASR)
 
 role is a sales-career, development-focused position designed to prepare high-potential talent for a future Territory Manager role. ASRs gain hands-on experience supporting clinical procedures, learning product and clinical messaging, and building foundational selling skills through structured training and real-world field execution.
 
 
 ASRs are regionally assigned and support business needs by providing clinical case coverage, assisting with open territories, and participating in targeted sales campaigns. Successful ASRs may be eligible for promotion to a full-time Territory Manager role within 18&ndash;24 months. Must be open to relocation.
 
 
 Additionally, the ASR is required to continually develop their sales skills and clinical knowledge to serve as a dedicated consultant to our customers. Works under close supervision by management and in close partnership with Sales Consultants. The Regional Clinical Sales Specialist will be assigned to support territories as needed throughout their assigned area and able to travel within the U.S. as necessary (frequent overnight and/or weekend) or to relocate to the geographic region assigned by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.

</li><li>Troubleshoot and apply independent judgment to respond to physician needs; address customer requests; effectively handle hospital billing, build / close purchase orders.
