Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Graphic Designer (Contract) to support across digital touchpoints. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, exceptional typography and layout skills, and a refined aesthetic aligned with prestige beauty. You will create and adapt assets for retailer.com partners, brand channels, and performance-driven digital placements. The role also supports high-Level, sophisticated retouching needs and maintaining impeccable production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Creative &amp; Brand Execution<ul><li>
Design on-brand creative across digital, print, and retail channels, ensuring consistency with luxury standards and brand guidelines.</li><li>
Translate campaign concepts into polished executions across multiple formats and platforms.</li><li>
Maintain a high bar for typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling appropriate for a luxury beauty audience.</li></ul>
Retailer.com &amp; E-Commerce Deliverables<ul><li>
Create and resize assets for retailer.com environments (e.g., homepage banners, PDP modules, brand shop pages, emails, promotional tiles, seasonal event creative).</li><li>

Retouching &amp; Image Finishing<ul><li>
Perform high-level, sophisticated retouching for product and model imagery as needed (e.g., color correction, cleanup, compositing, texture-aware retouching, reflective packaging refinement, product replacement).</li><li>
Prepare imagery for multiple outputs (web, social, print) with correct color profiles, resolution, and file formats.</li><li>
Ensure accurate product color representation and premium finish across all imagery.</li></ul>
Digital, Social &amp; Performance Creative<ul><li>

Qualifications 
Experience<ul><li>
3&ndash;6 years of professional design experience, ideally within luxury beauty, fashion, skincare, fragrance, or premium consumer brands.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience producing assets for retailer.com platforms and/or major retail partners.</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing elevated design, campaign adaptation, and digital execution.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience with luxury beauty retailer ecosystems (e.g., brand shops, PDP optimization, retailer templates/spec sheets).</li><li>
Familiarity with DAM systems and structured file naming/versioning.</li><li>

Position Overview:

The creative team at M Booth is looking for a Designer to join our growing team. This person will primarily work with a highly collaborative social content team across several brands. Successful candidates will be passionate and knowledgeable about content and design and have the ability to work in different styles within established brand guidelines. They will use skills including digital design, photography and videography, video editing and photo retouching and collage to create social first content. Light motion design is a plus.

Candidates will be familiar with the process of developing social media from concept through production as well as designing across digital platforms and other mediums when needed. They are highly motivated and are looking to grow alongside us.

Day-to-day activities:
<ul><li>Ideate, shoot and/or design social content, ads and other assets.</li>
<li>Find and present content design inspiration that informs your work</li>
<li>Design for various media, primarily social content, but including websites, presentations and print</li>
<li>Present your work to internal teams and external clients</li>
<li>Manage your day to meet strict deadlines, and prioritize requests</li>
<li>Work in close collaboration with a team of creatives and strategists, including brainstorming and working through feedback</li>
<li>Work within brand guides and design systems</li>
