Join the AI Studios Engineering org within Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios as a Machine Learning Engineer on CreativeFlux, the ML platform powering Nara, our AI-native content creation platform for professional animation and live action/VFX.<br>

You will own the training and serving infrastructure that puts generative models in front of artists working on Prime Video's animated and live action productions. You'll work daily with Applied Scientists, animators, filmmakers, and storytellers, building the systems that turn new model architectures into production-grade tools artists can rely on under tight deadlines.<br>

This role suits engineers who want their work to expand what storytelling can look like, putting new generative capabilities into the hands of the people building Prime Video's animated and live action shows.<br>
<br>
Key job responsibilities<br>
Build and operate ML training and serving infrastructure for the CreativeFlux platform. Strong hands-on experience with EKS / Kubernetes is preferred.<br>
<br>
Design, deploy, and operate ML training and inference workloads on EKS, including GPU node groups, custom schedulers, autoscaling, resource quotas, and gang scheduling for multi-GPU jobs<br>
Integrate generative ML models (image, video, audio) into production inference pipelines, partnering with Applied Scientists to take new architectures from research to scaled deployment<br>
Build training and fine-tuning pipelines on EKS and SageMaker, including data preparation, distributed training, evaluation harnesses, and checkpointing strategies<br>
Improve GPU utilization, throughput, and latency on the inference fleet through batching, quantization, model compilation, serving framework tuning, and Kubernetes-native scaling primitives (HPA, KEDA, custom controllers)<br>
Build automated evaluation pipelines and quality metrics that catch model regressions before they reach Artists, including human-in-the-loop review where needed<br>
Contribute to integrations with Digital Content Creation (DCC) tools such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Maya, and Storyboard Pro at the points where models are surfaced to creators<br>
Own operational health of model endpoints on EKS, including monitoring, alerting, on-call response, capacity planning, and post-incident analysis<br>
Write clean, well-tested code and participate in design and code reviews<br>
Stay current with generative ML, distributed training, inference optimization, and GPU efficiency techniques, and apply them where they move team metrics<br>

A day in the life<br>
As an MLE on the AI Studios team, you'll spend most of your time deploying and tuning generative ML models, optimizing inference pipelines, and building the EKS infrastructure that lets Applied Scientists move new architectures into production. A typical day might include scaling a video generation endpoint to handle a production deadline, debugging a multi-GPU training job that's checkpointing too slowly, or working with a Scientist to take a new image model from a research notebook to a serving fleet. You'll work with other Nara platform teams who owns other building blocks, making sure ML capabilities land cleanly in the workflows artists actually use. You'll participate in team standups, model review sessions, on-call rotations, and platform-wide design reviews with the other Nara teams. You'll learn from experienced engineers and scientists and gradually take on more complex challenges as you grow.<br>

We're AI Studios within Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, building Nara, our AI-native content creation platform. Our mission is to make Amazon a leader in AI-enabled content creation, giving creators direct control over model outputs while reducing the cost and timeline of animation and live action productions.<br>

Our engineering team spans distributed systems engineers building scalable infrastructure, ML engineers optimizing 1P model training and inference, and full-stack engineers building creative facing agentic tools.

<div><p>The Center for Oral Health Policy and Management (COHPM) at the New York University College of Dentistry seeks a Clinical Assistant Professor of Epidemiology to design and conduct population-based research on oral health, access to care, and health equity, and to translate that evidence into policy, education, and practice.
</p><p>COHPM's portfolio spans oral health policy analysis, dental workforce and education research, executive and leadership education, and international programs, including the Center's multi-institution Medicare dental initiative, its evidence-based dentistry and artificial intelligence work, and its global leadership programs. The Clinical Assistant Professor of Epidemiology will supply the methodological backbone for this portfolio by framing answerable questions, designing rigorous studies, analyzing complex population data, and publishing findings that inform policy at the national and international level.
</p><p>The successful candidate will function as an independent investigator with a clearly defined program of research, will pursue extramural funding as principal investigator, and will mentor doctoral and master's-level trainees. The position carries no clinical patient care responsibility.

<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Scrum Master with program‑level delivery experience</b> to support a <b>Communications Agile Release Train (ART)</b> within a large insurance transformation. This role focuses on agile execution, cross‑team dependency management, and coordination with internal platform teams and external vendors in a <b>co‑sourced delivery model</b>.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams within the Communications ART.</li>
<li>Support <b>PI Planning</b>, iteration execution, and ART‑level ceremonies in alignment with <b>SAFe Agile practices</b>.</li>
<li>Identify, track, and proactively manage dependencies across teams, ARTs, shared services, and third‑party vendors.</li>
<li>Coordinate delivery timelines with internal platform/integration teams and external partners.</li>
<li>Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive predictable sprint and PI delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain and communicate program‑level status, risks, and dependency dashboards.</li>
<li>Partner closely with RTEs, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Leads.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in a Scrum Master role.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Hands-on experience working in SAFe / Agile Release Train (ART) environments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience supporting PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong experience managing cross-team, cross-ART, and third-party dependencies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working in co-sourced delivery models with onshore/offshore teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience within the insurance or financial services domain.</li></ul>
<ul><li>SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and/or PMP certification.</li></ul>
</div></div></div><p>The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $100,000 - $118,000/ yearly.</p>
<p>Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. <p>In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.</p>
