The primary function of the Medical Courier Coordinator is to receive and facilitate requests between clients and the courier team, provide administrative support for the team, and communicate program updates to the courier, CSS, and other impacted teams. The administrative function for this role will be focused on office‑related activities. Own security settings across all tools: user access reviews, permission configurations, and customer data protection. Understand requirements across EU, FedRAMP, and additional audit frameworks relevant to Hyperproof's use case.
