Drive sales and brand initiatives including promotions, private events, wine programming, and upselling strategies</li><li>
Ensure alignment with Miru&rsquo;s hospitality standards, cultural values, and brand identity</li><li>
Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage teams to maintain service readiness and menu knowledge across staff</li><li>
Oversee safety, sanitation, and compliance with local health and liquor laws</li><li>
Analyze daily reports and KPIs, offering insight to improve operations, sales, and team accountability</li><li>
Support inventory, ordering, and cost control in alignment with GM and department heads</li><li>
Participate in planning and execution of marketing initiatives, events, and seasonal programming</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li><p>
3&ndash;5 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality setting</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring others</p></li><li><p>
Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, COGS, and budgeting</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities</p></li><li><p>
Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays</p></li><li><p>
Physical stamina to be on your feet for long hours and ability to lift up to 50 lbs</p></li></ul><p></p><p><br>
