Job Description 
A Barista creates and serves specialty hot and cold beverages according to Eataly&rsquo;s recipes and guests&rsquo; special requests. A Barista is knowledgeable about all coffee menu items, provides high-quality, fast-paced service and is able to work at multiple QSR counters performing various functions. Reports to the QSR General Manager and the QSR Assistant General Managers.<ul><li>
Prepares and serves authentic Italian espresso, coffee and other caf&eacute; drinks at multiple counters</li><li>
Provides guests with exceptional service and product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description</li><li>
Sets up stations and replenishes displays neatly including separation of allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.)</li><li>
Ensures all items are dated and following First in First Out (FIFO) standards</li><li>
Weighs, grinds or packs coffee beans for guests according to their specifications</li><li>

Qualifications

Job Description 
Eataly is hiring a Marketing Systems Intern for Summer 2026 to work with and learn from Eataly&rsquo;s Marketing Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian!
With the guidance of the Project Manager, Creative Services, the intern will:<ul><li>
Develop a strong understanding of Eataly&rsquo;s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including its structure, functionalities, metadata, and cross-team usage.</li><li>
Evaluate the current file organization and propose a more intuitive, user-friendly mapping structure to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency for both corporate and in-store teams.</li><li>
Design and implement a standardized folder hierarchy and naming convention to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of search across all digital assets.</li><li>
Lead the renaming and reorganization of existing assets in alignment with the new structure, applying strong organizational, project management, and design principles to maintain brand consistency.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Teams to support strategic content planning for campaigns and catalogs, while ensuring assets are properly categorized and aligned with newly implemented SOPs for in-store asset management efficiency.</li><li>

This internship runs from June - August. The internship is onsite at Eataly&rsquo;s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday &ndash; Thursday from approximately 9 am &ndash; 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate. Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern.
The compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour
