Vine recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Provide warm, attentive and efficient service to every guest.</li><li>Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently make recommendations based on guest preferences.</li><li>Create an experience that feels personal without slowing down service.</li><li>Maintain consistency in drink quality, portions, presentation and ticket times.</li><li>Take orders, process payments and accurately operate the point-of-sale system.</li><li>Prepare ingredients, restock supplies and complete opening, shift-change and closing responsibilities.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized and visually polished bar, caf&eacute; and guest area.</li><li>Follow food-safety, sanitation and responsible beverage-service requirements.</li><li>Deliver orders to Graeber &amp; Company guests when needed.</li><li>Support special events, private gatherings, promotions and seasonal menu launches.</li><li>Communicate low inventory, equipment concerns and guest feedback to leadership.</li><li>Help receive and organize deliveries.</li><li>Step in wherever needed during busy periods.</li><li>Protect the atmosphere of Roast &amp;
