Menu Knowledge:<ul><li>
Maintain detailed knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, including key ingredients, common allergens, and suggested menu pairings.</li></ul></li><li>
Team Support &amp; Operations:<ul><li>
Assist coworkers with essential tasks such as bussing tables, food running, and stocking supplies.</li><li>
Constantly maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to good food safety practices.</li><li>
Perform all assigned Running Side work and Closing Side work duties.</li><li>
Assist Management with inventory counts (coffee, paper, etc.).</li><li>

 The position of the Barista includes preparing beverages and other menu items, working the register, ensuring the cleanliness of the space as well as assisting staff when events are occurring in the space.
