The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. Education</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Skills &amp; Knowledge</b></p><ul><li>
Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.</li><li>
Understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.</li><li>
Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.</li><li>

Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes.</li><li>
Greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.</li><li>
Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.</li><li>
Process payments accurately using POS systems; handle cash and tabs responsibly.</li><li>
Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.</li><li>
Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures.</li><li>
Assist with bar opening and closing duties.</li><li>
Report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><br>
