The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology is composed of 23 pediatric endocrinologists, 2 psychologists, 20+ certified diabetes educators, 3 social workers, and a team of 32 administrative and nursing support personnel. Up to six pediatric endocrinology fellows participate in both clinical and academic activities. Emory University is ranked 3rd nationally for NIH funding for pediatric departments. Laboratory space is available in the Department and access to an extensive array of Core Laboratory services is available. And a staff group of clinical research support members supporting investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored trials.</div><div><br>
Our group offers comprehensive tertiary care to children with diabetes and endocrine diseases. We conduct over 30,000+ inpatient and outpatient visits per year at 9 sites.
