The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing towards company growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities through different online and offline channels</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends</li><li>Prepare proposals, presentations, and business communication professionally</li><li>Manage lead generation through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other professional channels</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and communication</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business activities</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets</li><li>Attend meetings, networking events, and business discussions when required</li><li>Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term business relationships</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling</li><li>Experience in software sales or IT business development</li><li>Knowledge of mobile applications, websites, ERP systems, and game development services</li><li>Ability to generate leads from local and international markets</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and professional communication tools</li><li>Self-motivated, confident, and career-oriented individual</li></ul>Apply Now: hr@theunitedsoftware.comPay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
