  &middot; 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP &ndash; Implementation, Rollout &amp; Support projects experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Learning, Recruitment, Succession.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Having good experience in Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form/Screen Personalization, BI Publisher Reports, Interfaces etc.)
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets and menus
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Independently drive the business users to understand the requirements, gather and analyze the business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis and provide production support.
