<li><p>Interpret and implement new laws and ensure compliance with Texas statutes and City ordinances</p>

<li><p>Manage receipting, deposits, and accounting for court fines and fees</p>

<li><p>Ensure accurate and timely reporting to city/state officials</p>

<li><p>Maintain court records in compliance with retention requirements</p>

<li><p>Prepare statistical and narrative reports for management and City Council</p>

<li><p>Monitor and maintain the court case management system</p>

<li><p>Identify technology improvements to enhance efficiency</p>

</ul><p><b>Customer Service</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Coordinate with judges, prosecutors, police, attorneys, and the public</p>

<li><p>Resolve customer concerns professionally</p>
</li>
<li><p>Provide counter and phone assistance as needed</p>

</ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field</p>
</li>
<li><p>Five (5) years of experience in court administration/management or public administration and finance</p>
</li>
<li><p>Two (2) years of responsible supervisory experience</p>
</li>
<li><p>Level II Clerk Certification from TMCEC</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to obtain Level III TMCEC Certification within three years</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of municipal court procedures, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, and court financial practices</p>
</li>
</ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Spanish proficiency</p>
</li>
<li><p>Working knowledge of Tyler case management software</p>
</li>
