Responsibilities:
Business Development<ul><li>
Develops the territory as a business profit center.</li><li>
Develops the business plan to achieve sales goals which includes Account Identification, Marketing Initiatives, Expense Allocations, and Time Management.</li><li>
Develops strategic partnerships with healthcare practices and pharmacies.</li><li>
Collaborates with corporate business functions (marketing, supply chain, operations, sales) to share creativity and results which leads to best practices across the organization.</li></ul>
Territory Management<ul><li>
Represents Galt Pharmaceuticals through a demonstrated understanding of Galt's Vision and Principles.</li><li>
Understands the social/political culture of communities within the franchised territory.</li><li>
Performs data analysis to evaluate targeting, trends and prospecting.</li><li>
Uses tools such as CRM, sales and prescription data to measure performance and activities.</li><li>
Approaches territory management through people centricity rather than by targeting competitive products.</li><li>
Represents Galt Pharmaceuticals within the territory as &quot;A Better Way&quot; to deliver pharmaceutical care, one patient at a time.</li><li>
Prepares for and adapts to changes in the business, territory and market that results in continued growth of accounts.</li><li>
Makes sound financial decisions saving on time and expenses.</li><li>
When required, work with accounting and compliance departments to assist with collecting any payments, and required documentation for pharmacy accounts.</li><li>
Implements efficient routing and execution of market strategy in healthcare offices, pharmacies, physicians, and anchor pharmacies based upon the Galt Sales Process.</li></ul>
Account Management<ul><li>
Implements Galt Account ManagementSales Processes.</li><li>
Works with accounts to solve problems, bringing value to the business and focused care to customers, and application(s) of product knowledge and benefits.</li><li>
Differentiates the business through white glove, concierge service that brings true value to customers.</li><li>
Actively listens to internal and external stakeholders to identify barriers, gaps and opportunities.</li><li>
Facilitates solutions through excellent problem-solving skills, and knowledge of both the business and customer.</li></ul>

1-2 years of B2B, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.</li><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Business-related area preferred.</li></ul>
Employment Requirements:<ul><li>
Must complete online training modules and field training (ride-alongs).</li><li>
Must pass Sales and Clinical/Compliance Training.</li><li>
