Position Description

Harmonia is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable applications in a classified environment. This role is suited for a developer who is comfortable working across the stack from back-end services and database design to front-end interfaces. This person needs to be able to operate effectively in a structured, security-conscious environment. The developer will be expected to write production-quality code, troubleshoot complex issues across system layers, and contribute to ongoing modernization efforts.

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

 Qualifications

 Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
 </li>

 Preferred experience in Kotlin. Proficiency in at least one of other the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.

 Excellent writing and grammar skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree (completed or in progress).
 </li>

Quality Assurance Engineer - AI Trainer

<div>As a Sr. Front End Developer II, you'll lead UI/UX modernization efforts and deliver secure, high-performance front-end and enterprise web applications with the goal to make an impact across the federal government. What you'll do:

<li>Lead design and implementation of modern, responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Angular and/or React.</li>
<li>Translate mission and operational requirements into intuitive, accessible UI/UX solutions.</li>
<li>Modernize legacy web applications to current front-end frameworks.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and remediate production issues in a mission-critical environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and platform engineering teams.</li>
<li>Contribute to architectural decisions impacting performance, scalability, and maintainability.</li>

What you'll need to succeed:
<ul>
<li>Active Top Secret with current or previously held SCI access.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred; relevant experience may substitute.</li>
<li>Certification meeting DoD 8140 requirements (e.g., Security+ or higher).</li>
<li>Certification of Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer Associate, or recent/relevant software development certification.</li>
<li>8+ years of professional software development experience building, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications in mission-critical environments.</li>
<li>Expertise with modern front-end development (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CS, Node.js, Angular and/or React).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of modern UI/UX web design principles for performance and responsiveness.</li>
<li>Familiar with C#, .NET, .NET Framework, ASP.NET (e.g., WebForms, MVC, REST APIs).</li>
<li>Familiar with back-end database development and administration (e.g., SQL Server and T-SQL).</li>
<li>Familiar with source code management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker.</li>
<li>Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.</li>
</ul>
This position is designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations and may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.

SALARY RANGE: $170,000 - $225,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

<li>The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience</li>
<li>The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs</li>
<li>Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation</li>
<li>This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:</li>
