What experience you need
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
</li><li>10+ years of experience in new business B2B sales and sales management leading business development and SDR functions in technology or data environments
</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience leading sales teams
</li><li>Coaching and developing sales team members on deal creation, advancement, closure and holding teams accountable for quotas
</li><li>Planning and execution of Go-To-Market strategies and being accountable for team development
</li><li>Analyzing market trends, understanding the competitive landscape, and researching potential new markets to find growth opportunities
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and empower team members through regular 1:1&rsquo;s, real-time feedback and performance conversations, and leveraging data to tailor coaching approach
</li><li>Track record of success in hitting or exceeding sales goals and cultivating C-level relationships

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $133,770.00 to $178,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 50%. The application window is anticipated to close on April 24, 2026.
