What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Supports the delivery of care and engagement of individuals under care by participating in group supervision and by reviewing evaluations, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to understand the unique needs, strengths, preferences, and goals.

</h1>Resident Services Coordinator I (RSC I) is responsible for developing, coordinating and monitoring the individual program plan for each resident assigned to them. This includes the intake-assessment-program review team process, employment-vocational-educational activities, and progress and treatment activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Conduct intake procedures with assigned residents (e.g., review BOP regulations, Agency/program policies, rules &amp; regulations regarding employment, privileges, contraband, conduct).</li><li>
Work with assigned resident(s) to develop &amp; implement individual program plans, goals, &amp; meet with residents on an on-going basis to ensure compliance (e.g. review program reports, logs regarding conduct, completion of assigned tasks, incident reports).</li><li>
Supervise, monitor, and document the needs of assigned residents identifying and coordinating appropriate activities and participation, in-house and in the community, including educational/vocational/ employment acquisition and performance activities. &lt;Job Summary&gt; We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex cybersecurity initiatives across our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our cybersecurity posture while working with cutting-edge cloud computing technologies, enterprise software, and agile project management methodologies.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in accordance with project management best practices such as PMBOK and SDLC.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams using Agile, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Manage project schedules utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, VersionOne, Jira, and SharePoint to track progress and mitigate risks proactively.</li><li>Gather requirements through detailed analysis skills and requirements gathering techniques to develop comprehensive project plans that meet organizational needs.</li><li>Oversee the development and testing of security solutions, including user acceptance testing (UAT), test cases creation, test-driven development practices, and release management.</li><li>Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate cloud computing platforms such as AWS and ensure disaster recovery strategies are in place.</li><li>Monitor project performance metrics related to time management, budget adherence, and quality standards while communicating progress effectively to stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate project implementation by coordinating with software development teams on enterprise software deployment, database management (SQL, Oracle), and IT governance compliance.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments related to cybersecurity threats and implement mitigation strategies aligned with industry standards like PMBOK.</li><li>Lead program management efforts for large-scale initiatives involving multiple projects; ensure consistency in project management methodology across teams.</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience managing cybersecurity projects within enterprise environments using project management methodologies such as PMBOK or SDLC.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS along with experience in IT infrastructure integration.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe), Kanban, Waterfall approaches, and tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), test case development, and release management processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with databases including SQL and Oracle; understanding of disaster recovery planning is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills combined with leadership qualities to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on deliverables.</li><li>Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement across technical teams and executive leadership.</li><li>Knowledge of IT governance standards related to cybersecurity best practices; familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices is essential.</li><li>Ability to negotiate priorities effectively while managing time constraints in fast-paced environments.
