Services are free and available to newcomers living in the Washington, D.C. metro region, regardless of language or country of origin.</p><p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></p><p>The Clinical Lead serves as a senior clinical case manager specializing in client services who provides consultative mentorship and subject matter expertise to peers while maintaining a full caseload. The Clinical Lead strengthens clinical quality of services through peer consultation, modeling of best practices, and structured knowledge-sharing.</p><p>This role is full-time and exempt. The Clinical Lead reports directly to the Health &amp; Wellness Program Manager. AsylumWorks offers a hybrid work environment.
