The NOC Manager oversees the Network Operations Center and is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the availability of all critical network, telecommunications, and managed services.

Job Description 
Leadership &amp; Team Management<ul><li>
Lead the fitness team, set expectations, provide coaching, conduct appraisals, and support hiring, training, and performance management.</li><li>
Ensure staff follow hotel policies, wellbeing protocols, and service standards.</li></ul>
Operations &amp; Service Delivery<ul><li>
Oversee daily fitness center operations, including gym supervision, equipment upkeep, cleanliness, and supply management.</li><li>
Manage group exercise programs, recruit instructors, and ensure class quality.</li><li>
Deliver services as needed, including personal training and group classes.</li><li>
Host guests professionally and ensure high service standards.</li></ul>
Administration &amp; Financial Support<ul><li>
Maintain accurate records, schedules, incident reports, payroll support, and member data.</li><li>
Assist the Spa Director with budgeting, reporting, planning, and marketing updates.</li><li>
Manage vendor contracts, purchasing needs, and monthly income reports.</li></ul>
Guest Experience &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through daily walkthroughs, quality audits, and rapid resolution of complaints.</li><li>
Maintain high cleanliness and facility standards, ensuring positive feedback and service excellence.</li></ul>
Health, Safety &amp; Hygiene<ul><li>
Enforce all safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures for guests and staff.</li><li>
Keep all areas clean, safe, and well-maintained, reporting hazards immediately.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>
Proven experience in fitness, recreation, or wellness center management.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.</li><li>
Certified personal trainer or fitness professional (preferred).</li><li>
Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.</li><li>
Knowledge of health, safety, and wellness standards.</li><li>
Ability to deliver training, group classes, and personal coaching as required.</li></ul></div>
