Position Summary</h2>
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Heartland Alliance Health is responsible for overseeing the organization&rsquo;s financial strategy, planning, and operations. POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department, supporting campaigns and communications across digital, print and on-site channels. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative and an effective communicator with strong writing and time-management skills. This position offers hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing functions—including digital content creation, website maintenance, data analysis, copywriting and editing, traditional print and digital traffic management and budget support.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Collaborate with members of the marketing and graphic design teams to ensure the timely delivery of all advertisements and marketing materials, including managing the turnover of building posters and the banners in front of the theater.
 Manage digital design requests to keep website-related assets on schedule. Maintain and update internal marketing and social calendars to streamline communication with external teams related to email marketing and social media schedules.
 
Assist with maintaining updates throughout content management system (WordPress) including home page, play detail pages and event pages. Perform daily/weekly site QA and troubleshooting. Maintain SEO across The Goodman’s website to optimize The Goodman’s search visibility.
 Co-manage, write and maintain weekly updates for LinkedIn as the key stakeholder on this platform. Aid in copywriting, editing and publishing content along with creating alt text for images across The Goodman’s other social media platforms.
 Assist the Director of Digital Strategy with monthly reports to track the performance of The Goodman site and maintain the Google Grant account in service of promotional advertisement for Goodman productions to support overall growth in single ticket sales.
 Work with the Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing plans and execution for Goodman special events (i.e. Rentals, summer programming).
 
Track expenses within the marketing budget and assist during the annual budget reconciliation alongside the Director of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer.
 Assist the Director of Audience Development with the cultivation, outreach and execution of items in support of our accessible and enhanced services. Write play summaries for enhanced accessibility and for use by Education in developing student guides.
 Lead the recruitment of College Ambassadors and promote College Nights to university students.
 Alongside the marketing team, they compile data related to both traditional and digital marketing efforts to understand ROI, trends and more.
 Ensure The Goodman’s listings are updated on partner sites (Choose Chicago, Chambers of Commerce, etc.).
 Fulfill any partner organization requests for mutual marketing support including email swaps and reciprocal social media posts.
 Provide additional support as needed, including assistance in staffing and executing events.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 
Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing or administrative experience preferred

This position will report to the Vice President Legal and Chief Compliance Officer (&ldquo;Legal Vice President &rdquo;). The position will be hybrid - a combination of time spent in Marmon Foodservice Technologies&rsquo; headquarters in Carol Stream, Illinois, work from home, as well as some travel as required.

</li></ul>What You'll Do:
 
 
The Associate General Counsel (&ldquo;AGC&rdquo;) will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on a variety of commercial as well as global compliance matters and specifically will be required to:
<ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate various types of agreements and advise senior management on sophisticated commercial transactions in the global marketplace, including counseling and guidance on appropriate risk allocation for strategic and core business transactions
</li><li>Work with business unit engineers and patent &amp; trademark counsel on product innovations and global intellectual property portfolio management
</li><li>Support key M&amp;A deals, financings, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations that will directly impact the success of the organization
</li><li>Conduct legal analysis and provide counsel on laws, rules, regulations, and policies related to business operations in the U.S. and globally, while consistently guarding against and providing timely evaluation of potential risks in contractual, regulatory, compliance, and other legal areas
</li><li>Assist in managing litigation and legal claims
</li><li>Provide analysis and counsel on various other substantive legal issues as they arise, including but not limited to employment law, bankruptcy law, competition law, regulatory issues, and risk management
</li><li>Cost-effectively manage outside counsel, which includes negotiating fixed fee and alternate fee arrangements with outside law firms, using technology to aid in reporting, and streamlining more routine processes and procedures such as e-billing, budget management, case management, knowledge management, and litigation reporting
</li><li>Collaborate with management and the business units to ensure compliance with Marmon&rsquo;s ethics and compliance policies, including Prohibited Business Practices Policy and Code of Conduct; Invention, Confidentiality, Communications, IT, and Respectful Workplace Policy; Intermediary Vetting Policy; Compliance with Trade Laws Policy; and Data Privacy and Joint Controller Policy
</li><li>Support the business units in promoting Marmon&rsquo;s Supplier Code of Conduct and oversee related vendor assessments related to the risk of unethical conduct such as forced labor and human trafficking
</li><li>Work closely with Legal department colleagues on strategic initiatives and general legal issues; collaborate with colleagues to analyze and implement various projects, including improvements on data metrics, reporting, and automation, as well as outside counsel expenditures and performance.

What You'll Bring to the Role:
<ul><li>A J.D. from an accredited law school, with proven academic success
</li><li>At least 12 years of broad commercial law experience with the ability to influence outcomes and manage ever-increasing transactional complexity, while providing client counseling of the highest quality; experience with global business transactions is desired; familiarity with substantive issues relating to manufacturing is key
</li><li>Proven ability to effectively lead a cross-functional team and drive transactions and initiatives to completion in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire trust and confidence with stakeholders at all levels by virtue of keen business acumen, professional competence, integrity, and authentic personal style
</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully yet firmly, to be assertive without being adversarial, and to take unpopular positions when necessary while maintaining trust and credibility
</li><li>Strong written and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex legal concepts to a lay audience
</li><li>Proven success in managing, organizing, and/or completing multiple tasks and priorities
</li><li>License to practice law and in good standing under the Bar of any state that enables admission to practice as in-house counsel in Illinois
</li></ul>Pay Range:
183,333.60 - 275,000.40
