<p>Position Summary</p>
<p>
Under the general direction of the Sr. Clinical Care Manager, the Clinical Nurse Coordinator II, RN is responsible for assisting in the management of the delivery of patient care across two faculty practice sites and four divisions, including hospital-sponsored teaching clinic.</p>

<p><b>Required Education, Training &amp; Professional Experience:</b></p>

<li>A minimum of five years&rsquo; experience in a managed care setting with at least 3 years specifically overseeing Utilization Management.</li>

The Inpatient Psychiatry Unit Chief provides clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary academic treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychiatry residents, psychologists, nursing staff, social workers, counselors, and occupational therapists. Serving as a role model for professionalism, clinical excellence, and scholarly practice, the Unit Chief fosters a culture of high-quality patient care, exceptional education, and collaborative teamwork. This opportunity is ideal for a collaborative physician leader seeking to expand clinical, operational, and academic leadership experience within an acute inpatient psychiatric setting. Responsibilities include overall clinical leadership of the unit, direct clinical care, training and supervision.
