 Position Overview
 
 
 
 Project Coordinator is a key role to delivering customer service directly to our top tier clients in order to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction and meeting customer&rsquo;s SLA expectations for projects. Our culture blends creativity, technical excellence, and innovation to deliver scalable digital solutions that truly make an impact.We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage and synchronize efforts across multiple technical teams &mdash; including Python backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, and AI engineering &mdash; ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.Position OverviewAs a Project Coordinator, you will act as a key bridge between technical teams and management. You&rsquo;ll support sprint planning, track delivery progress, manage dependencies, and maintain end-to-end visibility across projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, an understanding of software development lifecycles, and the ability to translate technical updates into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate projects across Web (Frontend, Python, QA, DevOps) and AI engineering teams.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Leads to define scopes, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Manage sprints, tasks, and progress using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or similar.</li><li>Ensure milestones are met and cross-team dependencies are clearly communicated.</li><li>Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, updates, risks, and change logs.</li><li>Facilitate smooth communication between developers, QA engineers, AI researchers, and management.</li><li>Monitor project health and report blockers, risks, and progress to senior leadership.</li><li>Help prioritize tasks in alignment with business goals.</li><li>Support onboarding, documentation, and coordination for upcoming features and releases.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in project coordination or software delivery roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Notion).</li><li>Familiarity with web development and AI project workflows (backend, frontend, ML pipelines).</li><li>Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Basic technical knowledge of Python, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Familiarity with AI model training, deployment, or data annotation workflows.</li><li>Experience collaborating with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams.</li><li>Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience.</li><li>A dynamic, modern work environment at Funsol Head Office.</li><li>Collaborative team culture across both Web and AI divisions.</li><li>Opportunities to learn and grow in AI, automation, and full-stack development.</li><li>Professional development, mentorship, and leadership pathways.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re an organized, tech-savvy professional who excels at keeping teams aligned and projects on track, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
