POSITION SUMMARY:
MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I:
The Rotating Member Service Representative (MSR) serves as a flexible, multi-skilled liaison between the credit union and its members. This position is uniquely designed to move fluidly across various physical branch locations. The primary objective is to eliminate operational gaps across the credit union network while maintaining high-tier member satisfaction, accuracy, and deep product advocacy.
Under moderate supervision, acting as a liaison for the credit union to maintain member loyalty by efficiently meeting the needs or requests of the member. MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II:
The Rotating Member Service Representative II delivers exceptional, relationship-focused financial services to credit union members. Because this is a rotating (floating) position, the employee must possess high adaptability, traveling frequently to different branch locations within the region to provide operational support during peak hours, staff absences, or elevated business volumes.
The Rotating MSR II handles everything from complex transactions to advanced account maintenance, dispute resolution, and consumer loan processing. This role acts as a primary brand ambassador, utilizing needs -based selling to deepen member relationships.

Job Description 
A Senior Wastewater Operations Traveling Technician(SWOT) will be trained to operate and 
maintain wastewater plants at several locations around the country. The purpose of the 
position is to assist with new account startups, temporary operations, and to cover our existing 
facilities while local operators are out on PTO/sick time. The SWOT will be responsible for the 
overall operation and maintenance of the wastewater plants they visit, including process 
changes to meet compliance, troubleshooting processes &amp; equipment, operational 
management, maintenance (routine, reactive, and preventive), process &amp; compliance 
sampling, laboratory testing, and writing and distributing a daily shift report. In addition, the 
Senior Wastewater Operations Traveling Technicians will assist with the startup of new 
wastewater operating contracts until full-time local operators are hired The SWOT will be 
responsible for training the newly hired operator(s). The SWOT will communicate with the 
client and with Veolia&rsquo;s Account Manager regarding the operation during their time at the 
facility. The SWOT will be required to travel and be away from home for extended periods of 
time - this can range from 1-2 weeks at a time, all the way up to 1 or more months for certain 
projects.<ul><li>Operate and maintain wastewater plants to comply with the requirements of the</li></ul>
discharge permit, and each clients&rsquo; expectations/requirements. 
<ul><li>Provide direction and support (as needed) to the operators on the other shifts, including</li></ul>
the delegation of tasks based on the skills and abilities of the other operators. 
<ul><li>Conduct lab analysis of the waste streams at various points in the process to verify</li></ul>
treatment and to make process changes. 
<ul><li>Communicate frequently with the Account Manager regarding the operation of the</li></ul>
WWTP and request assistance as needed for the site. 
<ul><li>Coordinate your own travel plans to and from the assigned facility. Note: Veolia pays</li></ul>
for all expenses associated with work-related travel (meals, lodging, transportation, etc.) 
<ul><li>Write or revise Standard Operating Procedures, as necessary.</li><li>Analyze lab data to uncover potential treatment issues and then implement process</li></ul>
changes to prevent non-compliance. 
<ul><li>Submit daily and/or weekly reports to client and Veolia management regarding the</li></ul>
current status of the wastewater plant operations and needs of the operations team. 
<ul><li>Flexibility in schedule is very important. Most travel will be planned in advance, but</li></ul>
there are occasions when emergencies arise. SWOT members will need to be willing 
to travel on short notice. Although these times are infrequent, it is a possibility. 
<ul><li>Manage the chemical inventories, spare parts inventory, and waste disposal activities.</li><li>Provide training and/or facilitate training of operators for all facets of the operation /</li></ul>
management of the WWTP. 
<ul><li>Perform all duties/tasks in compliance with the site safety plan to ensure the safety of</li></ul>
all on-site personnel.<ul><li>Coordinate and assist with major maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.</li><li>Complete minor reactive and preventative maintenance activities to ensure smooth</li></ul>
process operations at all times.

treatment of each member of the team and take responsibility for wastewater plant

compliance issues or improve the treatment process. 
<ul><li>Evaluate maintenance projects and determine what outside support is needed and then</li></ul>
coordinate and schedule with client maintenance teams or contractors.<ul><li>Issues and concerns of a significant matter should be discussed with the account</li></ul>
manager to ensure actions taken are reasonable and in compliance with the contract.<ul><li>The ability to develop creative and innovative process improvements ideas related to</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li> 
A wastewater license (biological and/or physical chemical) required</li><li>Willing to pursue reciprocity in other states as well as higher levels in wastewater</li></ul>

<ul><li>6+ years experience in wastewater treatment with knowledge of biological and/or</li></ul>
physical/chemical treatment systems. (college included) 
<ul><li>Operational experience with several types of WWTP systems preferred.</li></ul>

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. CD RN (Clinical Documentation Specialist)-Level 2
 
The Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) is responsible for distributing documentation
 information to respective departments; performing educational outreach to individual units and
 provider groups along with the CDS assigned to those units; supports training of new staff
 members; and the design and development of educational tools for staff and Providers. This role
 facilitates the improvement in the overall quality and completeness of concurrent medical
 record documentation to help achieve accurate inpatient coding, APR-DRG assignment, severity
 level and reimbursement. This role functions as subject matter liaison, leads and manages
 documentation improvement initiative, serves on internal hospital committees. CDS will obtain
 appropriate documentation through interactions with physicians and collaboration with other
 departments. Additional responsibilities as assigned
 
Shift/hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm EST **Must work these hours/log on during this time frame - EST**
 Location: 100% Remote (EST hours)
 
Payrate- $60 hourly
 
Responsibilities: 
Knowledge: 
Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, as defined by the Medical Diagnostic Categories and all body systems.
 Strong background knowledge of disease processes and pharmacology.
 College-level knowledge of Medical Terminology.
 Complete and thorough understanding of the unique functions of each clinical area.
 Requires in-depth knowledge of clinical coding processing and documentation standards,guidelines, policies, and procedures.
 Must be conversant in clinical documentation improvement.
 High level of proficiency in adult education and training
 
Thorough understanding of Hospital bylaws and Joint Commission standards related to departmental activities.
 Clinical pertinence requirements and proficiency in abstraction and data entry into all the database systems used for clinical documentation.
 Must be able to read and interpret electronic and manual documentation generated by healthcare professionals.
 Requires understanding of HSCRC, Maryland Quality Improvement Programs and CMI impact on hospital budget
 Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
 
Skills: 
Must be conversant in: ICD-10-CM, APRDRGs, DRGs
 Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal, non-verbal, and listening) skills.
 An understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and critical thinking
 Operating at competent level with, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, web-browsers,email, electronic health records, online collaboration software, virtual meeting applications
 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members
 Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
 Ability to work independently and be self-directed
 Ability to work under pressure to meet submission, project, and reporting deadlines
 Ability to work in a fast-paced academic teaching hospital
 
Qualifications: 
Education: 
Requires successful completion of: 
Baccalaureate degree, or associates degree, or diploma in nursing from an accredited school of Nursing OR
 successful completion of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program, OR
 successful completion of the academic requirements of Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM)
 
Required: 
Active RN License
 
EPIC experience
 
(12) months current RN experience in similar role in MD or nationally using MSDRG.
 Medicare Coding regulations 2024
 
Requires a minimum of 3 years Registered Nurse clinical experience in similarly complex acute care setting. Minimum of 2 years as a Clinical Documentation Specialist required. In lieu of complex acute care experience, a minimum of 3 years of CDI experience, and /or other relevant clinical experience may be considered.
