We are currently looking for a Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS) to join our Oncology sales team!</p>
<p>
The COS position is an oncology diagnostics sales role charged with establishing, developing and growing a geography to exceed sales goals. The COS will be responsible for creating a strategic territory plan, and managing all business results and ROI including but not limited to: daily sales activity, new account acquisition, retaining existing customer base while growing sales, implementing cross functional initiatives, effectively utilizing resources and establishing processes for appropriate patient identification and treatment management. This will be accomplished through developing trusted relationships, physician and account education, identifying strategic opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.</p>

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Learn Natera products, services, processes, policies, key internal teams, as well as competitor's products, services, policies and practices, and payer/reimbursement landscape.</li>
<li>Achievement of sales objectives and break-through results; while managing revenue and expenses.</li>
<li>Development and maintenance of KOL relationships.</li>
<li>Drive strategic business opportunities and partnerships with Academic and Community cancer centers, clinics and hospitals within a specified territory.</li>
<li>Development of a comprehensive business plan to gain and retain new and existing clients that aligns with our national goals and organizational values.</li>
<li>Execution of sales strategies and tactics, implementation of sales and marketing plan, pull through opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of product, market and competitor knowledge.</li>
<li>Implement laboratory services agreements (LSA's)</li>
<li>Collaborate and coordinate with all sales positions, cross functional and market partners to ensure successful attainment of goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Conduct business in an ethical &amp; transparent fashion.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine and reimbursement.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management and written and oral communications skills</li>
<li>Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory</li>
</ul>

The solid tumor hematology oncology NP provides comprehensive ambulatory care to one or more disease specific medical oncology patient populations. With an interdisciplinary team approach, this provider promotes a collaborative relationship between all providers, professional nurses and administrative staff, to ensure continuity of patient care and efficient use of resources. The NP is responsible for the assessment and management of solid tumor medical oncology patients, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions and development and implementation of appropriate plans of care across the trajectory of illness for patients.<br>

The Cell Therapy Clinical Educator role provides disease state, product efficacy, and product safety education and training to key healthcare providers within Oncology clinics, and health care providers (HCPs) in the hospital and clinic/office setting, professional society meetings, and external programs. The individual will work within a specified region to enhance disease, product efficacy, and product safety knowledge, coordinate and provide staff training, and enhance proper administration. The Cell Therapy Clinical Educator (CTCE) role is a position that is field based and is comprised of nurses and/or APPs working under the general direction of the Region Associate Director, Clinical Education. The CTCE serves as the disease state and product efficacy and safety expert for their assigned territories. The CTCE serves as a resource to clinical leaders by identifying disease state, product efficacy, and product safety educational needs of staff and implements programs to fulfill knowledge gaps. This collaborative approach will serve to provide education and enhanced clinical care.
