 Job Summary
 
 
 
 
 The job compiles, documents, analyzes, and reports on moderately complex clinical studies. Provides input to support the administrative and operational decisions that impact clinical research conducted across the University.
 
 
 The Clinical Research Coordinator II independently manages and executes moderately complex clinical research studies from start up through close out. This role serves as a central operational lead, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination across investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams. The Coordinator plans and conducts clinical and non clinical research activities, oversees participant recruitment and study visits, manages data collection and reporting, and supports dissemination of findings through publications and presentations.
 
 
 This position exercises professional judgment in navigating regulatory requirements, financial considerations, and study logistics, while maintaining strict adherence to institutional, state, and federal guidelines. The role contributes directly to advancing research initiatives across the University by ensuring studies are executed efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with sponsor expectations.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop study protocols, CRFs, and other study documents.

 Working closely with Principal Investigators (PIs) and laboratory team members.

 Technical proficiency and ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized laboratory machinery.

 Sample preparation, including collecting, labeling, and processing biological samples for testing.

Job Summary
The job maintains regulatory compliance programs, including the interpretation of systems to identify areas of risk and may coordinate internal audits. With a moderate level of direction, participates in compliance documentation, compliance training, and compliance committee formation. 
 
The Coverage Analyst is dedicated to ensuring billing compliance for clinical research and supports utilization of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Oncore. The Coverage Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating clinical research protocols, informed consent forms, clinical trial budgets, and other pertinent study documents to generate a protocol calendar in the CTMS system and develop coverage analysis/billing grid. The Coverage Analyst specifies which procedures and services may qualify as 'Routine Cost' and be billable to patient insurance, and which should be charged to the study. The Coverage Analyst is responsible for determining whether proposed clinical research studies meet the criteria for a Qualifying Clinical Trial as defined by the Medicare Clinical Trial Policy (NCD 310.1). As a member of the Research Systems &amp; Coverage Analysis (RSCA) Unit, within the Office of Clinical Research, the Coverage Analysts works as part of a team to support and optimize clinical trial initiation and financial workflows, partnering closely with research teams and key stakeholders in the process.

Job Description
The Physical Therapist will:<ul><li>
Conducts advanced evaluations of neuromuscular, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems using validated assessment tools to inform individualized treatment plans.</li><li>
Determines suitability for treatment based on patient evaluation results. Delivers therapeutic interventions based on the latest clinical research and best practice standards.</li><li>

Current CPR or BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.</li><li>
Understanding of the growth and development of infant, child, adolescent and geriatric patients.</li><li>

Job Summary
The Center for Translational Data Science at the University of Chicago is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to support a diverse range of research projects. Data Scientists work in a collaborative interdisciplinary team and play a critical role in AI/ML tooling, features, and improvements for our open-source software systems and applications, analyzing data, and in understanding and representing user requirements to internal and external stakeholders in our translational data science projects and products. Under the leadership of team or project leads, a person in this position will be a key contributor to the design and implementation of algorithms, AI/ML models, and workflows to enable the discovery of valuable information in large volumes of data from various sources; organizes, harmonizes, and analyzes data sets and develops tools to assist such processes; uses various technologies to visualize data or enable data visualization; and creates applications of general value to the project and product owners. The job uses best practices and advanced knowledge of data manipulation, statistical applications, programming, analysis and modeling in order to implement projects related to the University's various internal data systems as well as from external sources.
