<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)</li>
<li>Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job</li>
<li>Ability to work on-site as directed by management and as determined by the needs of the business</li>

<li>Demonstrates broad knowledge of project and program processes and principles.</li>
<li>Demonstrates expertise in estimation methods and contemporary program management trends and practices.
</li><li>Demonstrates high-level proficiency in integrating multiple, complex business and project/program processes.
</li><li>Possesses effective communication, interactive presentations, and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Acts as a mentor, coach, and leads program/project management personnel and other staff in a matrixed management environment.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, SQL (or equivalent).</li>
<li>Direct experience with EVM methodology and reporting.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience preparing and interpreting financial reports within a production environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with production project management and ERP systems</li>
<li>Proven ability to work in ambiguous settings, perform risk assessments, and reverse engineer existing infrastructure.</li>
<li>Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new tools and technologies.</li>
