Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Create high quality brand design solutions in a rapid paced, high-output environment</li><li>
Articulate and present design concepts with clarity and confidence to cross‑functional partners and senior stakeholders, framing creative decisions within business and brand strategy</li><li>
Quickly sketch ideas to create and communicate concepts</li><li>
Actively lead and contribute to ideation and brainstorm sessions, helping shape creative direction and elevate team output</li><li>
Be able to iterate on designs based on direction and feedback from Brand Design lead(s)</li><li>
Design in alignment with evolving brand frameworks, ensuring consistency while solving for business objectives and market needs</li><li>
Proactively manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables; communicate progress regularly and ensure work is delivered on time and at a high standard</li><li>
Serve as a mentor and thought partner to junior designers, contributing to creative culture and continuous improvement across the team</li></ul><div>
Compensation and Benefits:</div><ul><li>
The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.</li><li>
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.</li><li>
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.</li><li>
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience</li><li>
5+ years studio experience as a graphic designer taking projects from concept through completion or brand, communication design background</li><li>
Background + strong understanding of brand/graphic design as well as a understanding of motion design</li><li>
Brand design background and style guideline experience, 360 visual identities</li><li>
Strong portfolio of design work showcasing both print and digital projects</li><li>
Strong typography and layout sensibility</li><li>
Great sketching (digital and/or hand sketching) skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts</li><li>
Foundational photography skills including lighting, composition, and retouching; ability to articulate ideas conceptually</li><li>
Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media</li><li>
Expert at Adobe Creative Suite programs</li><li>
Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises</li></ul>
