Primary </b><b>Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>Support and help define our title&rsquo;s off-platform content strategy, including the Video, Social Programming and Strategy across all platforms (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram/Meta, Pinterest, O&amp;O, Facebook)</li><li>Partner with The Talent Group and Central CN Casting to identify external talent, generate creative briefs for Creator partners and help shape the roster of creator partners in target titles.</li><li>Support brand video teams in development of creator partnership social originals content, including leading brainstorms, pitching new concepts, and contributing to overall distribution strategy</li><li>Produce, Shoot, Edit and Post as needed on social to support the titles as well as lead from development to distribution any social originals or creator partnership content they generate through central development.</li><li>Provide oversight of creative, visual, and editorial standards that protect and evolve our brands for the changing landscape of social, creator partnerships and new off-platform distribution channels.</li><li>Work with Editorial and Audience Development teams to align with cultural calendars and editorial initiatives to drive audience growth.</li><li>Engage with Global Central Organizations (Video, Planning, Optimization, Strategy) to pull insights, data and direction to inform programming strategy to drive both audience growth and revenue.</li><li>Identify and execute revenue-generating opportunities in partnership with Commercial and Consumer teams</li><li>Maintain accountability for efficient resource deployment</li><li>Partner with the Audio and Podcast team to support the growth of the podcasts across the CN portfolio</li><li>Provide leadership in the expansion of Social Studios, creatively, to share best practices across Global Markets.</li></ul><div></div><div><b>

Embedded within a highly integrated team, you&rsquo;ll support product-focused campaigns that often combine creator, experiential, and earned elements. </p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience working with creators across tiers (nano to celebrity) and platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.)
</p></li><li><p>Strong contract negotiation and talent management experience
</p></li><li><p>Experience building strategic briefs, managing content calendars, and driving measurable results
</p></li><li><p>Ability to use data and platform insights to inform strategy and optimizations
</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with developing post-campaign reports and translating insights into recommendations

</p><p></p><p>An employee&rsquo;s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
