Job Overview</b></p>
<p>
This is a new role at Bigge, created deliberately. We are building a sales function designed to meet buyers where they are, on social media, in their feed, before they ever pick up the phone. The person we hire will have a direct hand in shaping what that function becomes.</p><p></p><p><br>
Bigge&rsquo;s marketing team is intentionally lean. That means this role carries real weight. You will work directly alongside the marketing manager, have a genuine voice in how the department operates, and see the impact of your work immediately. This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do. It is a role where you help decide what gets done.</p><p></p><p><br>
You will own the social production process end to end, from concept and filming to editing and posting. You will also own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead generation through to closing both inbound and outbound opportunities. This is not a hand-off role. You generate the interest, you work the pipeline, and you close the deal.</p><p></p><p><br>

Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Own Bigge&rsquo;s social production process end to end, including concept, filming, editing, and posting across platforms</li>
<li>Drive sales of new equipment and parts inventory through social media outreach, digital prospecting, and online marketplace platforms</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing manager on content direction, sales messaging, and department priorities</li>
<li>Build and manage a prospect pipeline using CRM tools</li>

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Event Marketing Coordinator to help plan, execute and track Meriplex&rsquo;s national and regional event strategy. This role supports demand-generation events, ranging from trade shows and conferences to executive dinners, webinars, and regional/local company events.</p>

The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager and creative thinker&mdash;someone who can juggle logistics, maintain vendor relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure every event drives measurable ROI. <p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, manage, and coordinate all event types, including industry tradeshows, webinars, client dinners, regional roundtables, and sales-driven regional/local events.</li>
<li>Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to define event strategy by territory, vertical or solution focus.</li>
<li>Own end-to-end logistics, including venue/vendor management, budgets, registration, shipping, signage, swag, and post-event follow up</li>

<li>Manage event calendar and timeline, working across departments to avoid conflicts and ensure strategic prioritization</li>

<p><b>Education and Experience Requirements</b><b>:</b></p>

<li>3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or corporate event planning (B2B preferred)</li>
