   Position Overview:

   The People &amp; Culture HR Business Partner (HRBP) role has been designed to provide the strategic arm to Business Unit Leadership in meeting their Global HR requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   In this role, the HRBP will liaise with the business leaders &amp; managers to conceptualize and execute HR initiatives relevant to business &amp; recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   This role will be the most senior People &amp; Culture leader in North America, reporting directly to the Global Head of People &amp; Culture located in Asia.
  </li>
  <li>
   As such, the HRBP will play an important role in the leadership and development of the Global HR organization.

   This work includes, but is not limited to, maximizing workforce capability, providing change leadership, managing end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements. The incumbent will collaborate with other HR vertical leaders &amp; Centers of Excellence to identify, influence and deliver sustainable changes.

   What HR Business Business Partner will do:

   As a member of the Business Leadership team, align business leaders to the C&amp;P vision &amp; in turn, be the voice of business to design and deliver People practices that support business objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with the Global Head of People &amp; Culture; and the CoFounders to develop policies, processes and changes which enable the growth and maturity of the business.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the North America Co-Founders and other Leadership to develop practices which enable significant growth while protecting the Quantiphi culture and values.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactive liaison &amp; consultation with business stakeholders to understand dynamic needs of business, suggest &amp; implement innovative solutions aligned to changing priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with cross functional Centers of Excellence to facilitate end-to-end needs for the business including Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staffing, Succession Planning, Compliance, Organization Structure &amp; Skills Assessments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver essential improvements that need to be driven across the business based on feedback received from ESAT, Climate survey, Attrition data, Audits &amp; others.

   Basic Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Seven plus years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the cloud, or data or analytics space
  </li>
  <li>
   Five plus years of experience managing HR functions at a Global scale
  </li>
  <li>
   Three plus years of experience working with Sales and Business Development teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with talent integration in an M&amp;A environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Highly experienced in OFCCP, US and Canada Employment laws and compliance
  </li>
  <li>
   DEI, laws, policies and implementation
  </li>
 </ul>

   Other Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   An experienced HR Business Partner with sufficient fluency about every HR function to make the right decisions and give the appropriate advice to the Business Unit they support
  </li>
  <li>
   A Trusted Advisor who has coached, advised, argued and influenced at an Executive level.
  </li>
  <li>
   A career path covering several HR functions, delivering across geographies including Asia and/or Europe
  </li>
  <li>
   A Cultural Ambassador - demonstrating the ability to advise and execute whilst protecting the essence of the culture.
  </li>
  <li>
   The experience and understand of our business to advise on workforce strategies
  </li>
  <li>
   All the expected qualities for someone at this level - Excellent Communicator, strong team leader, critical thinker, Analytical, Finisher
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws. Relevant HR Qualification.
