JOB DESCRIPTION</b></h2><div>
Fox News 32 is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and a team player, with the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and overnights. The ability to shoot video is a plus but not required and a willingness to learn other broadcast related skills.</div><div></div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Create broadcast-quality content quickly in a live environment with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>
Transform raw video into news packages, features, and show opens.</li><li>
Develop graphics that enhance the news story.</li><li>
Operate efficiently on non-linear edit platforms like Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.</li><li>
Prioritize assignments and adhere to deadlines.</li></ul><div></div><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-linear editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.</li><li>
Strong passion for news.</li><li>
Proven news editorial judgment and broadcast experience.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.</li><li>
Familiarity with iNews or similar newsroom applications.</li><li>
Excellent time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively with producers.</li><li>
Capable of taking direction and working independently.</li><li>
Interest and ability in technical troubleshooting.</li><li>
Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.</li><li>
Prior news shooting experience preferred</li><li>

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $31.00-48.67 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
