 Structure according to the relevant procedure, reviewing the procurement/accounting system adopted in each Operating Companies/Branches involved into the project, and verifying the application of the CBS and the cost traceability

 Issue the Project Cost Control Procedure, Cost Coding Manual and Risk Management Plan, for the Project Control Manager verification, according to standards and contract specification and configure the Cost Breakdown Structure to monitor procurement and accounting activities

 If not provided during the commercial phase, split the Commercial Budget according to the intercompany scheme, contract and work schedule, in order to report revenues/costs by entity, currencies, and main cost accounts and prepare the cash-flow by currency

 Function as a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer for a Power and Desalination Plant project, providing technical assurance over the Contractor&rsquo;s civil and structural design from commencement through completion. The role requires independent technical capability to manage, review, verify and approve all civil and structural engineering deliverables associated with a power generation and desalination facility, including complex onshore and marine infrastructure.
 
 
 The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer shall ensure suitability of civil and structural designs for site development, dynamic equipment foundations, very large prestressed potable water retaining structures, large‑scale drainage and earthworks, switching stations and electrical yards. Detailed design knowledge of the abovementioned facilities is required, including the ability to develop scopes of work and provide technical assurance for engineered elements.

 Responsibilities:-
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leads budgeting and manages project operations to the budget. Controls project staffing levels, organizational structure, and monitors project discipline structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures project work and team activities meet all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 To plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals.

 Effective management of Worley/Client contract, including delivery of the budget gross margin.

 Effectively manages project interfaces, including use of High Value Engineering centres.

 Work with project managers/project engineers to ensure all projects are set up and executed in full compliance with all the requirements of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and General Management System (EMS) using consistent approaches, Work Breakdown Structures, work methodologies and reporting systems.

 Monitors the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.
