<div>Serco is searching for an outstanding <b>Technical Project Admin</b> to join our corporate IT team in support of our North America operations - <b>(100% Remote)</b>. Our Technical Project Administrator provides support for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all intelligent enterprise applications including Power BI, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and more. </div><div><b>In this role you will:</b></div>
<ul><li>Support Serco's business units though process development and enhancement for our IT enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain project documentation including project schedules, status reports, presentations, resource plans, meeting schedules, and notes.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Utilize process definition and improvement methodologies with a technical foundation to collaborate across cross-functional groups.</li>
<li>Work with leadership to establish operational priorities, find creative ways to improve upon existing project management, and provide solutions that deliver a positive impact to the business.</li>
<li>Utilize Knowledge Management best practices to ensure that documentation is search-able, relate-able, and easily updated.</li>
<li>Manage the delivery of high-quality service &amp; support for Production Operations.</li>
<li>Developing and implementing processes for collecting data from clients on their satisfaction with intelligent enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Working with staff members to develop new policies or procedures to improve corporate functional processes.</li>
<li>Analyze data and metrics to identify process improvement opportunity as well as success of process improvement success.</li></ul><br>
<p></p><div><b>To be successful in this role you will have:</b></div>
<ul><li>U.S. Citizenship required</li>
<li>Bachelor Degree in Business, Technology or a related field</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of relevant work/project/intern experience in Technical Project Management</li>
<li>Understanding and experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management</li>
<li><div>Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and ensure accuracy across projects and deliverables.</div>

<ul><li>Experience with Jira or ServiceNow</li><br>
