Responsibilities</h2>

Lead brand and marketing design work across a broad mix of channels, campaigns, and business needs. Create high-quality illustrations, graphics, and other visual assets from concept through final delivery. Build and maintain reusable creative assets such as landing pages, display ads, social media content, marketing decks, presentations, event materials, and other branded collateral. Manage multiple projects independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines without day-to-day project management support. Qualifications</h2>
<ul><li>3+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong brand and marketing work across multiple channels and asset types.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience designing email creative, ideally in Figma or a comparable design environment.</li>

 SKDK is committed to pay equity. SKDK believes the target base compensation in this role is between $110,000-$120,000 per year. In addition to base salary, SKDK considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to commission on new business and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.

 On the whole, this is a hybrid, office-based role. A Social Media Manager will spend time in meetings and briefings.
