Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performance Marketing Manager to manage UGC content creators and strategic partnerships, own community activations, and social media management. You will build relationships, activate communities, run events, manage collaborations, and turn brand presence into real business results. 
Responsibilities 
1. Strategic Partnerships &amp; UGC Creator Management

<li>Identify, recruit, and onboard UGC creators who align with the Art Factree brand identity and audience.</li>
<li>Build and manage an active roster of creators, setting briefs, tracking deliverables, and holding creators accountable to performance standards.</li>
<li>Negotiate partnership terms and manage ongoing creator relationships.</li>
<li>Develop a scalable framework for UGC outreach and collaboration that grows with the brand.</li>
<li>Monitor creator content performance and continuously optimise the partnership strategy.</li></ul> 


2. Social Media Oversight &amp; Management

<li>Oversee the Social Media Manager, reviewing content calendars, providing strategic direction, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.</li>
<li>Personally manage select social media accounts where your direct involvement will drive the most impact.</li>
<li>Set clear KPIs for social media performance and hold the team accountable to them.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of platform trends and ensure Art Factree&rsquo;s social presence remains relevant and engaging.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to align social content with broader marketing and business goals.</li></ul> 


3. Email Marketing Strategy &amp; Oversight

<li>Work closely with the Email Marketing Coordinator to oversee all email campaigns, flows, and communications.</li>
<li>Set the strategic direction for email, including segmentation, cadence, and campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Review and approve email content to ensure it meets brand standards and conversion goals.</li>
<li>Track email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Ensure email marketing is working in sync with other channels to deliver a cohesive customer experience.</li></ul> 


Qualifications
