REQUIREMENTS :
This position requires a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in field services or related occupation.Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Working with multiple units simultaneously, including Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), SDC, Modulars, PXP, and Batteries to ensure unit is operating as designed and ensuring efficient coordination and performance; (2) Training engineers to troubleshoot and perform battery maintenance, repairs, system upgrades, and parts replacements; (3) Leveraging knowledge of electronic theory to perform regular safety procedures to operate the unit including trouble shooting, alerts, and part replacement; (4) Utilizing safety protocols including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE usage, risk assessment, tools handling, environmental awareness, and safety recommendations to ensure a secure working environment; (5) Handling and maintaining various UPS systems through multiple services stages; performing maintenance, managing spare parts, extending equipment life, trouble shooting, and providing training to customers; and (6) Providing round the clock technical support, analyzing complex situations and delivering effective remote solutions to resolve incidents promptly.
