You will code, architect AI workflows, deploy internal tools, and leverage AI-native development tools like Claude Code to ship at a pace that would normally require a much larger team.
 
 
 This role is for someone with a strong engineering mindset who is comfortable writing production-quality code, wiring up complex multi-step AI pipelines, and deploying tools that real teams rely on every day.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 
 Build Internal Tools
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and deploy full-stack internal applications (web apps, dashboards, admin panels) for Operations, Data Research, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Use frameworks like React, Next.js, Python/FastAPI, or similar to build tools that are fast, reliable, and easy for non-technical teammates to use
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the full lifecycle: build, deploy, monitor, and iterate
 
 
 </li>

 Engineer AI Workflows &amp; Agents
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and build complex, multi-step AI workflows using LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, n8n AI agents), and RAG pipelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Build AI systems for data extraction, document processing, classification, compliance research, payroll validation, and knowledge base Q&amp;A
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement robust prompt engineering, output validation, and error handling to ensure AI systems perform reliably at scale

 What We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience building and deploying web applications (React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep experience with AI/LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) including prompt engineering, function calling, and structured outputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building multi-step AI workflows or agent-based systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and document processing pipelines, with the ability to implement them when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and API integrations (REST, webhooks)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience deploying and maintaining applications in production (Docker, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Vercel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong bias toward shipping. You prefer a working prototype today over a perfect plan next week

 90 days: Own a portfolio of internal AI systems and tools that are reliable, documented, and integrated into daily operations across the company
