Required Skills Competencies</p>

Strong domain knowledge in Banking Financial Services especially Commercial Corporate Lending processes underwriting origination portfolio monitoring and credit operations</p>

Good understanding on the lending products like Syndicated loans leveraged loans and other products</p>
<p>
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into business decisions</p>
<p>
Handson expertise in SQL for data extraction validation and exploratory analysis</p>
<p>
Familiarity with AIML concepts such as predictive analytics NLP workflow automation model validation no coding required but conceptual understanding expected</p>
<p>
Experience working with AIenabled platformstools eg document intelligence workflow automation chatbots decision engines</p>
<p>
Ability to articulate AI use cases assess business value and manage stakeholder expectations around AI adoption</p>
<p>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p>

Strong planning documentation and timemanagement capabilities</p>
